Massage and Manual Therapy FAQ

Here are some common questions and answers I've compiled. There are deeper dives into the techniques I enjoy using on the blog.

What should I expect?

My physical office is located in Apex at 825 Perry Road inside Peak Wellness and Chiropractic. I'm in office several days a week, and my online schedule will show my up-to-date availability. Select evening and Saturday appointments are available.

Your session will be focused on your goals and needs, and there are several options available when you book. Pediatric sessions and RAPID NeuroFascial Reset sessions are clothed.

When you book a session for the first time, you will receive an intake form. It is HIPAA-compliant and makes the intake process much smoother when completed before your appointment. Payment is collected at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.

Session Options

60 minutes...  $100

An hour gives us enough time to focus on specific areas or to address the whole body more superficially.

90 minutes...  $135

We have more time to allow fascia to unwind and the tissue to settle, as well as to troubleshoot on a deeper level.

120 minutes...  $180

My clients who choose this option usually want a deep, full-body session with some detailed work to address specific issues.
